Executive coaching is a professional relationship between a trained coach and a client with a plan to enhance the client’s leadership or management performance and development. Through a process of inquiry, dialogue, and other tools, the coach serves as a thought partner to help the client examine and develop his/her decision-making, experiment with new ways of thinking and being, and commit to action steps that help achieve the client’s goals.

Theresa has a unique approach that eliminates the use of computer-generated questionnaires. Theresa conducts personal interviews with direct reports, colleagues, and managers, which results in a formalized feedback summary document to the client. The summary includes general comments, leadership style, communication effectiveness, recommendations, and an action plan.
